　"Katsu Tochocolat" is a nutritional ingredient handled by Euglena, a venture company from the University of Tokyo, with the same connection with the University of Tokyo, remembering the sweets that members of the University of Tokyo Sweets Club often ate during the breaks for studying for entrance exams. Euglena (Japanese name: Midorimushi) from Ishigaki is mixed into the sponge part of the gateau chocolate to make a sweet that can efficiently supply sugar and nutrients to the body tired from the examination.
