　Euglena Co., Ltd. (Head office: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, President: Mitsuru Izumo), which has a laboratory in the University of Tokyo, cultivates our product Euglena (scientific name: Euglena) on Ishigaki Island. Because of this, we participated in the special product development project "Churashima Shoko" by female students of Yaeyama Commerce and Industry High School (location: Ishigaki City, Okinawa Prefecture). We participated in the development of "Noyuntaku Pondre" and "Sequer and Shoyu no Yuntaku Pondre".

　"Citrus depressa and soy sauce Yuntaku pondre" and "Citrus depressa and soy sauce Yuntaku pondre" will be on sale from "Remote Island Fair 2011" to be held on the main island of Okinawa on November 25 (Friday), such as Hotel Nikko Yaeyama. It will be sold sequentially at hotels in Ishigaki Island, soy sauce shops and major supermarkets.

　Euglena is a microalgae that grows mainly on sunlight, water and carbon dioxide and has 59 kinds of nutrients such as essential amino acids and DHA. Succeeded in edible outdoor mass cultivation for the first time. And even now, Euglena is cultivated on Ishigaki Island, promoting the production of Euglena as a new industry on Ishigaki Island, and as one of the efforts to contribute to regional revitalization, the special product development project "Mishima Sho" I participated in "Daughter".
