Notice regarding organizational and personnel changes

Euglena Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President: Mitsuru Izumo) announces the following organizational and personnel changes.
1. Overview of organizational changes (April 1, 2019)
・ Established "Marketing Strategy Office" to strengthen marketing functions across the entire company
(Planning and Development Department reorganized into Marketing Strategy Office)
・ Established "Special Mission Office" to promote new projects directly under the president more quickly.
・ In order to clarify the division of roles in the R & D area, the R & D department has been reorganized into the Advanced Technology Research Department and the Production Technology Development Department.
