　Since our founding in August 2005, we have been developing foods and cosmetics using microalgae Euglena (scientific name: Euglena), aiming to "health people and the earth" as a biotechnology company. increase.
　The new service "Sulfur Index" to be launched this time utilizes the technology developed by Associate Professor Takeo Otsu of the University of Tsukuba that can comprehensively measure sulfur compounds, and uses the degree of oxidation (freshness) and antioxidant capacity (of microorganisms). By analyzing components such as (work) and odor, we will contribute to food quality control and soil analysis required by various companies and research institutes. By being able to measure and analyze sulfur compounds at our company, it may be possible to determine the culture state of microalgae such as Euglena in more detail. In April, we will invite Associate Professor Otsu to our company, and our company and the University of Tsukuba will start joint research related to this technology.
