Notice regarding organizational reforms, officer changes and personnel changes

Euglena Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President: Mitsuru Izumo) announces the following organizational reforms, officer changes and personnel changes.
1. Outline of organizational reform (April 1, 2018)
The following is for the purpose of reorganizing the department in charge and strengthening the organizational function with the introduction of the Executive Officer system.
<R & D area>
・ Functional Research Division and Metabolomics Technology Development Division are newly established in the Research and Development Department.
・ Established Production Technology Development Section in Production Technology Development Department
・ A new engineering section was established in the Biofuel Development Department.
<Healthcare business area>
・ Reorganization of Healthcare Business Headquarters into Healthcare Business Department
・ Reorganized the direct marketing section of the sales department into the direct marketing section and the direct marketing section.
<Management strategy area>
・ Reorganized the Business Development Department into the Overseas Business Development Department and the Overseas Business Development Division
・ The Biofuel Business Division was newly established in the Biofuel Division, and the Biofuel Division Demonstration Manufacturing Division was reorganized into the Demonstration Manufacturing Division.
<Management area>
・ Reorganized the Information Systems Section of the Sales Department into the Information Systems Department and the Information Systems Section.
