ご当選者様には、ご応募いただいたSNSアカウント宛にキャンペーン開催中のアカウントより当選通知をダイレクトメッセージにてお送りいたします。ダイレクトメッセージ内に記載されているURLより賞品送付先登録フォームへアクセスし、必要な情報をご入力の上ご登録いただくと「当選確定」となります。期日までに登録フォームにご登録がない場合や、内容に不備がある場合には当選権利が無効となりますのでご注意ください。
